Simple mild peanut-based chutney, made of peanut, roasted channa dal, this chutney can be made when you run out of coconut or if you require different chutney as side for idlis/dosa, peanut chutney can be tried.

Ingredients
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Raw peanut
- ½ cup Roasted channa dal
- 6 to 7 Curry Leaves
- 2 n o's Green Chillies
- ½ inch Ginger
- 2 tbsp Till
For Tempering:
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 1 tsp Channa Dal
- 6 to 7 Curry Leaves
- 2 Pinch of Hing
Instructions
How to Make Peanut Chutney?

Take a flat pan and first start roasting the peanuts, then add the curry leaves, the till and lastly add the roasted channa dal and roast till the dal turns light brown.

Add Green Chilli and Ginger and grind them to smooth paste. Take a tempering pan and fry 1 tsp oil and fry all the ingredients in the tempering list and them to the chutney.
