Dhania Pudina Chutney the name says it all, very tangy and spicy chutney. This is found in any street vendor who makes a sandwich, fried snacks i.e. samosas, dal wada, Wada pav, and many other items, in short very popular accompaniment.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Dhani/Coriander
- 1 Cup Pudina
- ½ tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 Green Chillies
- ½ tsp Sugar
- ¼ cup Raw peanuts
- Salt to Taste
- 2 to 3 tbsp Lemon Juice

Method:

Take all the mentioned ingredients in grinder except for lemon juice and grind it to a fine paste.

Now add the lemon juice and mix it thoroughly. It can be used as an accompaniment for various dishes, snacks and healthy option of chutney.

One can store this is refrigerator for around 3 to 4 days.
