Bhindi Fry Recipe

Bhindi Fry is only one of those simple dishes to make that feels like home. Some would call it comfort food, others would simply call it their most loved veggie lover dish ever, it’s my daughter and wife’s favourite vegetable as an accompaniment to chapati. It goes well with rice too. My favourite combination rice, rasam and bhindi fry.
Let it be whatever season of the day, bhindi has a method for improving everything around. The recipe changes from region to region.
