Time-tested Gujarati & Rajasthani eatery offering an array of classic cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Have been to this restaurant couple of times to have their thali, it was really a wide spread and wide range of items served.

The sheer size of the thali and no. of the vatis (bowls) is really amazing and great visual by itself. The quality of food is best, only thing is that the food taste tends to be overwhelmingly sweet, but hey Gujarati & Rajasthani thalis are expected to be on that lines.

Really liked the puran poli, the kadi, amras (in season), the dahi vada and the kichadi, majority of the food is made is with pure ghee so the taste and richness here varies to any other thali restaurant in the city.

Another thing is the people who serve here @ Golden Star Thali Restaurant are in traditional attire its very nice and rare to see that….!
