  • 1 to 1 ½ cup of Scallions/spring onions bulbs thinly Diced
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tsp crushed black Pepper
  • Black Salt as per taste.
  • ½ tsp Olive oil
  • Oil for Grilling

Instructions

How to Make Sweet Potato & Scallions Grill ………….?

  1. Heat the grill to medium. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Toss potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil, Mixed herbs and black pepper; season with salt.
  2. Grill potatoes, turning frequently, until tender when pierced with the tip of a knife, it roughly takes 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Transfer the grilled potatoes to bowl; add butter and serve.
