How to Make Sweet Potato & Scallions Grill ………….?

Heat the grill to medium. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Toss potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil, Mixed herbs and black pepper; season with salt.

Grill potatoes, turning frequently, until tender when pierced with the tip of a knife, it roughly takes 20 to 30 minutes.

Transfer the grilled potatoes to bowl; add butter and serve.
