Instructions

How to make Guava Lime Chilli Cooler ?

  1. Wash and cube the guava in fairly large chunks. Place it in a blender add some water and lemon rind. Grind it for half a minute or so. Don’t grind it for long, we will end up grinding the seeds tool.
  2. Take double strainer or metal strainer and strain the pulp through the strainer. WE can see the seeds left back and some pulp. Add the lemon juice and salt to the strained juice

For the Chilli Glass Rim :

  1. Take small plate it should be the size of the glass opening. Mix salt and chili powder together.
  2. Now take the glass and just slightly dab the rim of the glass with water. Now dip the glass rim in the salt and chilli powder mix and nicely rub it into the plate. Now you will have the glass coated with salt and chilli powder on the rim.
  3. Now pour the guava lime juice into the glass and serve it with ice cubes added if required.
