Guava Lime Chilli Cooler

I am big fan of Guava from my childhood, always used to eat from the tela/roadside outside the school which he puts salt and chilli powder mix inside the cut fruit and enjoy till on my way to walk to the bus stand.
Guavas, are also known as amrood (in Hindi), just to know couple of facts and one will be astonished that it contains 380% vitamin C and vitamin A 12 % i.e. vitamin c content is five times that of an orange, and it also has substantial amounts of protein, fiber, and folate (These calculations are based on one’s daily values for person i.e. 2000 Calories approximate).
Guava seeds are a good source of dietary fiber that aids in digestion and act as laxative stimulant aiding in reducing constipation. But many people avoid eating guava because of its seeds. In this recipe of Guava Lime Chilli Cooler, we strain and remove the seeds and make the cooler only out of the juice strained out of the pulp.
