How to make Mushroom Bell Pepper Fried Rice..?

Boil and Drain the Rice, let it be al dente and keep it aside to cool.

Take a deep pan and heat the oil drop the onions and fry them until transparent, now add the garlic, ginger, salt and fry for a minute or two.

Now add the Bell Pepper and fry till they are crisp and soft and sauté them for some time.

Add the sliced mushrooms, crushed pepper powder, oregano and sauté them for a minute.

Now add the pre-cooked/boiled rice and stir it nicely so that all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together and switch off.

- Normally when buying mushrooms, chose that are firm and dry.
- Store mushrooms in the refrigerator.
- Do not wash or trim mushrooms until ready for use.

- Rice is cooked al dente so when its fried in the pan it gets cooked further and helps to remain separate grain to grain.
