1nosBananaCut/Diced and freezed
1TspChia SeedsSoaked in 3 tbsp water
1tspHoney
¼cupSoy MilkUnsweetened
Instructions
Method:
Take medium sized grinder jar, put all the above ingredients and grind till it forms semi liquid consistency.
Pour into a glass and keep it in a refrigerator and have it after its cold or one can have it directly without cooling it.
