3 to 4dates
½cupunsweetened Soy Milk
2tbsp.Honey
2Banana Ripe
¼tspCinnamon Powder
Instructions
Method:
Peel and Freeze the bananas in the fridge for an hour or so.
Grind the dates, honey and cinnamon powder and soy milk, you will get semi thick liquid.
Mash the bananas into it and mix it. Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate it for an hour or so. One can have it with strawberry on top or straight away.
