Method
Take all the ingredients mentioned above in a large bowl, mix them to soft dough and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes so the dough can rest.
After that make it into equal portions balls.
Roll them like chapatis and fry them on the tawa with little oil on both the sides, so that they come out crisp and tasty.
These parathas can be served with dollop of yogurt and pickle of your choice.

Note: One can add Methi leaves also with these parathas. Adjust the spice level accordingly.
