Ingredients

  • 2 cups Freshly chopped mango pcs
  • 2 cups Fresh curd Chilled
  • 2 tbsp Malai for topping – optional
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp rose water
  • 4 to 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 nos Ice Cubes for blending
  • 3 nos Ice Cubes for Garnish

Instructions

HOW TO MAKE MANGO LASSI RECIPE

  1. Peel Mangoes and cube them into small pieces.

  2. In a large blender put all the above ingredients i.e. mangoes, sugar, cardamom powder and rose water and blend them to a smooth consistency.
  3. Now add the chilled curd and ice cubes blend and it again for couple of seconds till a smooth consistency.
  4. Pour the lassi into glasses and serve with ice cubes and garnished with mint leaves.
  5. Finally top it with thick malai and serve chilled.
