Soak Rajma for 8 hrs and cook inn pressure cooker with salt and water for 4 to 5 whistles.

Remove the rajma after the cooker is cool, take a small grinder put the rajma, add red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, bread and salt and grind it not to smooth paste. Add little water if required.

Then remove the rajma mixture into a bowl and add the onion, corn flour and fresh coriander and mix them thoroughly, taste the mixture and adjust the salt if required.

Make the mixture into flat round 4 patties, meanwhile make a smooth paste with the flour and take the bread crumbs in small plate.

To make the patties, dip the rajma patties in the flour paste, then roll them in the bread crumbs and slid them in the hot oil and fry them on the both sides.
