  • 3 to 4 nos Chapati Left Over Crumbled with hands
  • ¼ Cup Peanuts
  • ¼ tsp Sugar
  • 1 nos Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 4 to 5 nos Curry Leaves
  • Oil for frying


How to Make Chapati Ka Chura from Leftover ?

  1. Crumble the left over chapati and keep it aside.
  2. Take pan with oil and heat it up, first add mustard seeds, the curry leaves, green chillies, and peanuts, fry them for a couple of minutes.
  3. Now add the crumbled chapati and fry for some time, so it mixes with the tempering, the chapati is fried properly, this helps the chapati to become crisp.
  4. When this warm sprinkle the sugar and just toss it couple of seconds and serve it warm.
