Description
Rasam is normally had as soup, shorba or along with rice after having sambar or curry along with rice. Rasam is normally had to digest the food we have had. It’s a tangy and spicy combination. The rasam powder is a combination of spices & red chillies and lentils. Rasam can be made in many ways i.e. lemon rasam, tomato rasam, pepper rasam, garlic rasam and region-wise also it varies i.e. Mysore rasam, Udupi rasam.
It can be kept in an airtight container for 12 months.
