Review: It was my birthday and we were contemplating where to go out for that night, given the proximity of barbeque nation and it was Friday night so getting a table anywhere would be challenge 😊…! Others were pretty packed and waiting hours were long and no guarantee we would get in at all…..!

The staff at Barbeque Nation made space for us and gave us a table, we got in @ 8.30 pm, this was my first visit to Barbeque Nation, it was a new experience altogether. As the starters are barbeque (i..e USP of Barbeque Nation) we opted for Veg starters, they offered marinated and grilled mushroom, pineapple, paneer (cottage cheese), Onion and bell peppers, these is grill in the middle of the table and the all the skewers are placed on the grill and let them grill for some time and the sauces/sides are placed on the side which we can have them along with. As we have the starters they are replaced with the new skewers (it’s a buffet so the food is unlimited 😊) but being vegetarian limits our options .

Barbeque Nation

After starters the main course they have soup, Veg Hakka Noodles, Rice, Roti, nan (Indian flatbread) along with a couple vegetable curries (Paneer Curry, Mix Vegetable Stir-fry) to opt for, Live counter of Pasta (Red Sauce & White Sauce). To end with they had dessert counter to opt from that’s Gulab jamun, Ice Cream (Vanilla, Strawberry), brownie, cheesecake, mousse and kulfi (Indian version of ice cream).

Overall the experience was not that good the hygiene was not that good, the food taste was not great at all, they have tried to cut corners in all ways. The service is average and not that great all. The décor looks very old and worn out not properly taken care off, no space between the tables to move around.

If you are looking for a quiet evening this is not the place one should go it’s very noisy (VERY NOISY INDEED) and busy with a lot of people going around your tables. It’s more like a marketplace rather than a restaurant. If I am paying so much one prefer to have quite evening and spend some quality time rather than having your head hammered with that amount of noise. I would not go there next time…..!

Overall it was a disappointing experience
