First saw Sindhi Koki Recipe on Sanjeev Kapoor channel on Facebook, then from the comments one of them said to have the original recipe which they have been using for ages, which has been passed on from her mom. Promised would try it out give her feedback, to my pleasant surprise it was really tasty and delicious. It’s a nice coffee/tea time snack.

Sindhi Koki Recipe is made of simple ingredients like coriander seeds, Ajwain, roasted cumin, diced onion, fresh coriander and anardana seeds, have given it a twist instead of green chillies have used black pepper instead. Have used amchoor instead of anardana seeds as I was running out of stock.
