Instant Oats Dosa Recipe
It’s more less like rava dosa, its instant healthy, crispy like any other dosa, you want it to be. Oats has many vital nutrients such as vitamins, fibre and minerals. Another way to have oats other than the porridge. Have used oats instead of rava in this recipe.
Instant Oats Dosa
- 1 cup oats Grind to coarse powder
- 2 cups Rice Flour
- ½ cup of Maida
- 3 tsp of Rava
- 1 cup Butter Milk
- 2 nos Green Chillies
- ½ tsp jeera
- ¼ cup of fresh coriander
- Rock salt
How to Make Instant Oats Dosa…….?
Take a bowl add all the ingredients mentioned and whisk it to make dosa like consistency batter.
Grind the ingredients mentioned under the heading to grind and add it to the batter and adjust the salt.
Take dosa tawa and make dosa like any other dosa.
Serve it with coconut chutney….!
