Dish from Left Over Chapati Roti
Usually we look to some recipe to dish out of the left overs, there are always left over after a meal, our fridge is sometimes full of left over dishes from the last couple of days. Yesterday there was a couple of chapati/roti left over. So we were planning to do something about and we thought we can make a dish out it.
So, we managed to a decent dish out of the left over chapati, i.e. we call it as chapati ka chura.

Ingredients:
- 3 to 4 nos Chapati Left Over Crumbled with hands
- ¼ Cup Peanuts
- ¼ tsp Sugar
- 1 nos Green Chilli
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 4 to 5 nos Curry Leaves
- Oil for frying

How to Make Chapati Ka Chura from Leftover ?

Crumble the left over chapati and keep it aside.

Take pan with oil and heat it up, first add mustard seeds, the curry leaves, green chillies, and peanuts, fry them for a couple of minutes.

Now add the crumbled chapati and fry for some time, so it mixes with the tempering, the chapati is fried properly, this helps the chapati to become crisp.

When this warm sprinkle the sugar and just toss it couple of seconds and serve it warm.
